Call Centre Chaos

I app**** for an upgrade online , I chose my package , got an email with selected package. A third party they use, Mondo, then finalised my deal. The loaded the incorrect package on my number. I’ve now spoken to at least 10 consultants and no resolution. I paid for services I’m not receiving.
