CALL CENTRE CANCELLATION

This is the poorest service I have EVER received. I phoned the Customer Care line numerous times to cancel a contract. I keep on going through to your Business department which is unable to assist me with the cancellation. I followed the prompts and yet.. STILL going through to the Business department.
