Call Centre and customer Service not responding
I made the necessary arrangements, received reference number and yet they suspended my account. I have been trying to contact the call centre since 8 this morning and with no joy. I have logged request via Customer Services, can see that they read my mails but to no avail.<br> <br> I have tried phoning again but still no response. I have been customer for over 21 years and do not expect this kind of service. I followed process to make necessary arrangements yet they did not come to the party.
