****** call centre agents

The worst service, they process ***** contracts on people, this is a third year in a row where ***** is being done on my contract, I spoke to a lady who was rude and ****** she was smart enough to requeue my call after she said what she wanted to say cause she knew I wouldn't be able to trace the call without a reference, MTN twitter I have been speaking to them on DM they are also just useless. MTN should just shut down it's just horrible at this point
