Call centre agent polite and non-pushy - rare and much appreciated

Congrats to Kyle who cold-called me on behalf of the MTN team stationed at Rewards Co in KZN. He was one of the very few call centre agents who politely accepted my rejection of the offer he was making on behalf of MTN without trying to argue, use hard-sell tactics, etc. He may not have made a sale but he won a fan and did his company proud in reflecting respect for their customers/potential customers.
