Good day I've been trying to phone the MTN call Centre for the last 3 weeks!!!! every day its the same problem....phone line gets cut after holding for 10-15min?!?!!!? I got through last week Tuesday to cancel my cell contract and was given a reference number. I have not received any sms to confirm my contract has been cancelled and moved to pre-paid. I cannot get through to the call Centre because the call Centre line gets cut off ALL THE TIME.!!! Maybe Mtn can phone me now, I am done phoning them.
