Call centre 808 service
It really frustrates me when getting a contract is so easy with MTN, just try to leave them after 22 years. It looks like the 808 number just does not like it when you want to cancel anything. What happened to the day when we could talk to an operator to sort out queries. All I want to do is cancel my contract.

Due to the contract in a business name the request should be on the company letterhead and authorized signature and the ID copy attached, you can visit any MTN dealership to log the request for you .
