Call center personnel atrocious attitude

I've just received the most arrogant and annoying phone call from someone claiming to be from mtn requesting my identity no so they can"investigate" what they have been investigating for the past month. I became extremely upset to receive such a condescending phone call from mtn and when I requested this person to call me later(as I'm a bit busy now). He arrogantly told me he's not going to do that but he's going to go back to hello Peter (as well) and write a review. Really!!!! Patronizing a customer you have wronged !!! You wait for the law and ombudsman soon.
