Call Center not responding!!!!
My phone has been soft locked a limit i did not set.<br> <br> I have tried on numerous occasions to contact them on the call center with no luck.<br> <br> I don't even get transferred to an agent i just get put on hold for long periods of time for up to 30 minutes or the <br> <br> call just gets disconnected. <br> <br> Really bad service!!!<br>

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.
The credit limit that has been put in place is as per the request from the NCA (National Credit Act). This is not a service that MTN provides to you. It services as a risk measure in the customers favour as per the NCA. According to our records your line has since been reinstated.
We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.
