CALL CENTER IS NOT CONTACTABLE!!

I have not been able to contact MTNat all for the last 3-4 months, although consistently trying. My phone keeps getting suspended because they are debiting my account in the middle of the month but i can not change it as i can not get into contact with them at all.

I am unable to go into store due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and my working hours do not allow me to get to an MTN store. This makes me even more frustrated as i feel i must just accept my phone being suspended every month because MTN are not going to help me with my problem at all.
