Call center international

I was just called now by a call center called call center international. The conversation was fine and the sale call was fine till i asked a few questions about where i got my details from. A supervisor called lorrenzo took over the call and then attempted to answer5my questions but failled and then continued to speak to me like i was an idiot. The people that work there do not have any training nd telephone ethic nor do they know how to speak to customers. They were offering me a data sim card that iam interested in but they failled to answer my questions and became rude and precious the agent cut the call in my ear.

Iam there for canceling my contract with mtn. Iam extremely disappointed in the way mtn reprisantatives handle thems self.
