Call Avoidance,Poor Customer Service, *****

im still awaiting a call back from a manager since the 12/12/2023, all the agents i spoke to dropped the line and call avoided by transferring me to a different department then terminating the line manager THULIFWA NQOKO & operational manager AKHERE OPUAMAH were the management on duty which refused to takeover the call as they were the entire day "in a meeting", i have been a prepaid customers for years and the only time i call in due to a technical error on MTN's side i have to deal with *********** customer service reps as well as avoidant management.
