I’m very disappointed with MTN, September 2025 I signed a contract with them and the agreement was to pay R199 for 50gb, I October they charged me R395, in November they charged me R1500 plus R395, December they charged me R2800 plus R395. I phoned them to query about this issue, the guy who assisted me said they will fix the issue because it was not part of the agreement, yesterday I phoned them to know about the feedback, It was not sorted and the lady who was assisting me advised me to cancel the contract and that exactly what I did. Then today this afternoon my network was not working, I phoned them and they told me that they blocked my number because I’m owing them. MTN IS A BIG ****, I would advise others not to sign any contracts with MTN.
