Worst company ever to take a contract with ever. I was very skeptical about taking a contract with MTN but I was convinced by a friend as she is happy with what she gets from this. 2023 I called them and toke a iPhone 11 I clearly stated I need it to be a 24 months as I am working on my budget. It seems like the agen who was assisting me made it to be 36 months I am paying way more than iPhone 13 cost at this point a total of R26000 . Their customer care is so useless ypu can't even get an agent as they keeps dropping the calls . I just wish to be
