Bye new business MTN

MTN is useless guys. I've never experienced this at sales stage at any point in time. Upon my application for a Wifi contract, system fails to proceed due to an ERROR. I wait 2 weeks for feedback and still no progress. I visit a new store and the agent confirms that the previous MTN consultant didn't know what to do. Just to find that there's a different issue now that he himself cannot process. This has taken over 5 days now I'm just a mere client in search of business. Is there in this world any other provider who can assist me PLEASE?
