Bye-bye MTN

Great service coverage. Call centre really SUCKS (as do most), wait for 15 minutes then get cut off, or told that I need to be transferred to another department. Also constant adverts while I'm waiting on the phone! I was just upset, now I'm infuriated. The MAIN issue though, is my data keeps getting ******, and nothing gets done about it. I've logged call after call, and the agents keep telling me there are no logs, IN SPITE of me having reference numbers. My data has been ****** at least 3 times in the last year, and nothing has been done, no compensation, just a poor call centre agent saying, "There's nothing you or MTN can do, just buy more data". Bye-bye MTN.
