****** by MTN

Hi there,

Please assist as I was ****** by MTN, and they refuse to pay my money back ... I have tried to call customer care and they are not willing to assist me, when I phone their call centre, they refer me to Mondo, when speaking to Mondo they take me back to MTN...Since 8am have been on a call till now at 12h50, the last call I referred by an agent who reports under Pheliswa that I must go to the store.

MTN overcharged me from the 1st month I had the month to month contract, but left it like that, but for them to charge me while the cancellation is done and a router returned to them is the day light ******.. Why must I pay for something I do not even have physical.. I come to this platform as it is my last hope. Can you please help me
