Received a call to upgrade my package as it was going to be discontinued. Agent did not advise it was only an airtime package. Mtn also confirmed this and I spoke to an agent at MTN who confirmed this. They promised to investigate firstly which took like a week. Thereafter they advised me that I must pay a pro rata to update a mistake that they did. The agent promised to send me this information and investigate again still two days gone no response. Just beware I am currently working with my attorney to have this matter investigated. Just want to make people aware out there with the MTN upgrade calls you guys might be getting please be weary.
