***** BY MTN

I am very disappointed with MTN. A new contract was *****ulently taken around April 2023 under my name, i received a parcel which was an Iphone 14 and an Apple watch which i did not sign for . This was reported with MTN in May 2023 after noticing my account is being debited. After querying this with MTN they required an affidavit which was done also in MAY and all required supporting documents were submitted to them. Till today the case is not resolved and it is negatively impacting my financial standing through a bad credit profile. I am extremely frustrated that the ***** Team at MTN is giving me a runaround instead of resolving this case for various months. It ****ing me off to actually do a follow each every other 48 Hours that they give me each time I call the entity.
