***** BY MTN

I'd like to blow the whistle on the ***** happening at the retentions department at MTN. After giving me a contract without my knowledge, I am now left with a bill I'm being told to pay when I never asked for anything but explicitly said make my Sim a prepaid after I didn't upgrade my previous contract with them. I finally found out that I'm being sent from pillar to post because no one wants to take responsibility for this *****ulent activity at retentions. Whoever is accountable must come forward and pay their bill or mtn must cancel it because I will not be taking responsibility of a *****ulent activity that was done without my consent to begin with. I am pretty sure a lot of people are being ********** like this
