Buymondo aka Mtn Passing The Buck

we have taken a contract with mtn so called buymondo, 29 October 2019 we received the device, 15th November i complained to buymondo about the device malfunctioning, agent advised us to call mtn as she was offline so i asked her use another PC and see and she said yes my same thing please call mtn to assist i did that called mtn they was no help at all and he said me best option is to call buymondo to help so i told him buymondo said i must call you you saying i must call buymondo, i took the contract initially with mtn online now you giving me **** then they said OBF must be in stores so i called up buymondo again agent said we don't collect take it to any mtn stores and they will book in for you, as me me sickly and with a heart problems i took the device to mtn @ Phoenix plaza spoke to Razia there she said she cant bnook the device in as i must take it to another mtn store as they don't deal with buymondo, so i am kindly asking you please collect the device and cancel my contract your service is **** and pathetic it under 21days and the device is Malfunction as i medically sick and i have no time to run around for your stupid staff i await your urgency
