Buyer Beware of MTN
I was sent an e-mail from MTN inviting me to upgrade to a special deal where they would give me 20G data a month for 24 month in lieu of a Device. I took MTN up on this offer but trying to secure my 20 free gigs a month is the biggest challenge. After the upgrade I had to wait an additional month before I received my promised data now trying to secure this data as per the promised contract is the issue. I see that this is going have to be a case that goes to court over what was promised and what is actually being delivered. When you get the device it is hard to say it was never delivered where the promise of data for a 24 months is a whole other story.

14 Dec 2018, 08:54I kept my reply because I wanted to see if MTN would actually sort my issue out well I was not wrong, MTN promised that this was sorted out and that I would get my data on the 13th of every month. Well Well my data has not been given to me again, and yet again I have to resort to complaining.
