<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">I went to the MTN branch in Kokstad and having experienced poor service on previous occasions, I had hoped that this time would be different but surprise surprise, it was "bad" business as usual. I rushed there so I could get there before they close and I arrived at 16h40. After the blank stares from the staff, I ask about the phone I called about and they told me they're closed. When I asked them why they close before the time at the door, they just kept quiet and said "sorry, we're probably offline now". They didn't even check. And that was the end of it. </span></p>
