********* business practice from MTN

I cancelled a contract 4 months ago and MTN are still taking money out of my account. I have been into an MTN shop and they have confirmed my service is suspended with pending cancellation but not confirmed. I want my money back. It is impossible to speak to a person when you call 135. they are dragging this out to get more money out of me. My contract ended in March.
