Business phone upgrade discrepancy
We upgraded two of our phones on 23 November 2018 (black Friday deal), One upgrade date is perfect but the other one is March 2021. Why??? I have about 3 complaint reference codes and then after about 10 days they say "this case is now closed". NO, the case is not closed, why can we upgrade one phone in July this year and the other only in March 2021. We have called twice, emailed 5 times and been into the branch twice. NO ASSISTANCE!!!

07 Aug 2020, 08:55I first complained on Hello Peter about this situation on 17 July, to-date it has still not been sorted out, not a peep out of MTN. Unbelievable. We need out phones so they have us hooked. I wish there was an alternative.........
