Business Owner

It has been one week now since I tried to upgrade my business contract. The upgrade was declined due to an upsurd reason of the business being under voluntary liquidation when infact it is has always been active. After contacting MTN stores (failed to get through), I then tried to resolve the issue with MTN Business. I have spoken with two different consultants who have failed to get back to me and resolve the issue with the vetting department.

Turbulent economic times of today can either make or brake a company. Customer service is key to survival and competition presents opportunities for better offerings.

Good Day Ishie The business is active and has always been with the debit orders for the cell phone contracts still going through. The CPA applies in what capacity here because there is nothing wrong on our side with all appropriate documents available including tax certificate. Kind Regards
