Business Internet - Most Terrible Network

Just plain poor services. MTN should stand for Most Terrible Network. I have a 20mb business internet link with MTN now for 61 days. I was only thus far able to use that link for 38 days. The other days is was down or not working. Same old excuses.

I have been down now for 5 days again and yet not one of the promises made has even come to light. I have no ETA and no promised engineer to site, not getting feedback at all. So now I am warning others to stay away.

There is levels of escalation that I have followed but it seems even the management of MTN cannot get the engineers to sort out the services that I am expected to pay for in full even if I am not able to use it 40% of the time. Empty promises is the way with MTN.
