Business Contract is a total mess

Mtn Business Contract Department has been playing me for two weeks. When I call they say the system is offline. I just want to reconnect my sim. Someone advised me to send email to ***; I did that but even now my sim is not yet reconnected and I can't work from home because I don't have internet.
