Bundles not delivered
<p>On 20th Jan MTN sent me an SMS offering 50gb per month if I upgraded on the day. I raced to my nearest MTN store and upgraded my and my sons contracts. Also on offer was an immediate once off 30gb. I immediately cancelled mobile data from Afrihost which would expire at the end of Jan. I received the 30gb but haven't received anything since. My son received nothing at all at rapidly used up the remaining data and the also all airtime balance on data. I logged the issue at the store a week ago and it is still not resolved. This is completely unacceptable. Funda at Claremont is trying his best to assist but despite receiving reference numbers - we remain data less....</p>
I will check later tonight. I didn't check that phone as my number, which got the 30gb - did not receive a pro rata allocation, and has received the new month allocation but this shows as an extra 1gb instead of 50gb - so I assumed neither request has been actioned... the reference number for the request on my number is **********
