Hallo Mtn <br> <br> I am writing because after holding for 20min it looked like the faster way to contact you.<br> On the 21st of every month you recharge with the top up contract R 100.00 and the bundle but on the 26 the bundle get depleted!! Please explain how that is possible as you can not take the bundle 5 day of giving it.<br> there was an older bundle but know the whole thing gets taken with the old in the end I have to recharge a bundle and talk time as you just take it all.<br> <br> Can you please sort this out as I do not have time to hold on for you customer help line<br> <br> Thank you Christo

Your data was used for connecting to the internet and downloading .We will be able to provide you with a URL report that will show which internet websites you logged into and the amount of data it depleted, this can be done on the 20th of June 2015 if you request for the URL report.
