One of your sales advisors called my mom regarding a router, my mom adviced him that she can't make any decisions on that as I'm the one currently making payments on the router that we already have and that the advisor would need to speak to me. He gave me a call and I advised him I'm in Hospital and would not be able to take his call. The advisor proceeded to call my mom back and told her I agreed to the sale which I did not and went on to lie that they would need to use my moms banking details since it is a promotion for people over the age of 50. A mtn router has now been delivered to my house which I did not agree to, which I don't even know the plan, or even the terms and conditions. Your consultants are truly a bunch of ********
