I went into mtn greenstone last year and one of the staff members told me I was able too downgrade my contract from a top up 200 too a top up 100 which in essence would have suited me better as at that time I was struggling a bit, anyway when I came into the shop on the end of January the same useless staff member told me I was talking ******* and that can not be done and he never said that at all, I had my wife sat with me when he told me this in the first place, I did a sim swap on the 29th of January and that still isn't active, mtn and mtn greenstone are a joke, the staff are arrogant the person that **** tome in the beginning his name was Smangaliso he was too ashamed too even talk too me again when I went into the shop, people be carefully when taking a contract with mtn you will be dissapointed even the call centres are slow and unhelpfull, I can guarantee it don't ever even see a response from this complaint flipping bunch of clowns<br>
