Bunch of Deceiving *****s! Worst service Provider

First of all THE WORST service provider! Not only do you not get responses after numerous email complaints but when you try to phone 808 they either don't know anything or you hold the line for almost an hour and then get cut off!!!!!!

I have first of all been complaining for a year now that i don't get my statements. I have also been complaining that there is NO NETWORK COVERAGE . They came to test the signal and the network department wrote a letter stating this and advised to cancel the contract. Not only does MTN want back a handset im no longer in posesion of but wants to charge me for the handset now. I never wanted to cancel my contract im forced to cancel. And tben what a bunch of *****s if i had the contract the do not pay back what i payed on the handset. The only winning party is MTN!!!

After numerous visits to MTN headoffice on 14th Ave nothing was sorted but i did learn that all of the sudden my account automatically lost its call limot and for the first time i have additional charges! *****S!!!! Now i must go to a store which they cant tell me to sort out their problem! Maybe if i also did a banner/media things will finally get sorted! I want to cancel my contract!

Hello km2008,

Thank you for bring this matter to our attention.

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.

As per our conversation, if the contract is cancelled due to the coverage the handset needs to be returned. A credit of R350.41 has been approved for the usage over and above the limit on the March invoice.

We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.

Regards
Veronica
