Bunch of ******

My data and airtime got depleted last night and I call this morning and they tell me my phone was auto updating. I tell them I've switched off everything that requests using cellular data on my phone and they tell me that's what they see on their system so its their word against mine. I must say I'm disappointed at MTN, this is why I left Vodacom because of such nonsense. I've been with MTN for 16 months now and this has never happened I was relived that finally a company that does not cheat its customers. Then last night they mess it up, so they want to tell me for the past 16 months my phone was not auto updating? Or last night I decided to be crazy and switch on everything on my phone hence it auto updated. Really these network companies are cheats. MTN can I please have my data and airtime back.
