Bunch of CORUPT LAIR. WORST NETWORK PROVIDER

STILL NO FEEDBACK MTN DIRECT SAYS REF NR DOESN'T Exist. YOUR A BUNCH OF ******* LAIRS! <br> <br> My Previous post <br> What a pathetic unreliable network company!I phoned MTN direct round about the 23rd of October. They would have phoned me back the following Monday to sort out an Customer Protection act (CPA) issue on my contract nr ***, where I upgraded to a Samsung Note 4 on 27 September at 14th Ave MTN Head office while being told that that the Note 5 was only coming out in 2016! According to the CPA they falsely made me upgrade to a note 4 to get rid of old stock! I will take it to the CPA as the CPA clearly states they should have informed me. I want a Note 5 on the same contract with the same price now. The lady said it's possible and that they would phone me by last Monday! Maybe I should also print a banner and put it up next to the highway to expose this injustice!<br> <br> 2 Nov MTN responded :We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this.
