Bunch of *******

MTN contract is bill****. I'm no longer again ever take a contract with this network.... They're bunch of ******* and unprofessional, every time you call they tell we have escalated your case to credit department with no response. Today my credit score is affected because of these *******. No one should open any contract with this service provider..theyre so unprofessional and all the stuff members it's like they received a training of ****ming people without resolving their issues. I'm so disappointed, last time they made me rate thier services only to find that my issue was not resolved, they keep on doing this to people. I hate MTN. I took a contract and I received a wrong device and I was told to take it back to the store which I did. They confirmed that they got the phone however I was still billed at the end of the month for a device that I never used. My contract was later cancelled but MTN never credited me the amount of the phone which left my account with the amount of that device. Now I'm on arrears and MTN can't seemed to be resolving the matter. When u call they keep on telling you different stories.
