Bullying, ignorance on ***** and identity theft

On Saturday 24/02/2024 some have *****ulently contacted MTN for contract application. I got sms and I immediately contacted MTN ***** department on e-mail. They Ignored me since till now, I got another rude boy from MTN telling me about that application and wanted to help for whatever reason. I told him this is ***** and I need the recording he started shouting and telling me its declined and hanged the phone on me.
