On 14 April 2021 I send them feedback on their poor service using ***. I explained them their poor service, but never came back to me.

I have been given number to phone. This one send me to other one just to be exposed to MTN endless music. Tuesday I waited on phone exposed to MTN endless music for over 2hrs 10 minutes for nothing from 8:23 A.M. took over 16minutes on Wednesday 21 April 2021, no one answered the phone on the MTN ***.
