Bullies - MTN Business Solutions (Pty) Ltd

Good day. I have been receiving calls from MTN Business Solutions (Pty) Ltd for months now. I have True Caller on my phone and the identity comes up as Telkom Spam. In 2018 I was caught by the same company when they called to do an upgrade for my phone. After going through the whole s**** with them, selecting new package and handset they requested I pay R90 for delivery. After a long story I requested that a manager contact me which they did and confirmed they were not Telkom but did sales for all MTN, Vodacom,Telkom and CELLC. I cancelled that agreement and went to upgrade at a Telkom store. This time they have been calling because my WIFI contract is up for renewal. I answerd this morning and spoke to someone who only addressed herself as Mesh. She went through the same s**** about renewing my contract etc. I asked if she was Telkom and she said she was. I asked why my Caller ID came up as TELKOM SPAM. She ignored that question and went to explain that she was Telkom and had been for the past ten yrs etc. She said I was past due for an upgrade in February already and offered me something else. I explained the package which allowed me to use all my gigs in day and she said thats not possible it had to be a roll over and I was mistaken. I told her I was not interested and would go directly to telkom to upgrade. She was irritated and said "I am Telkom and have been for 10 yrs" again. She said now you are going to be downgraded to the package without the special that you took out previously. In other words I would revert to half the gigs. she used Bullying Tactics in this day and age. She was not happy at all I also told her to stop calling my number. I reported this to Telkom as well. The question I have is how do these companies acquire the Telkom database? They have all our information. ITS JUST WRONG!! Who are these people?
