Bull **** service provider

I feel MTN insurance is purely bull ****. I put through a claim for a device to be fixed and it get declined because it's to late. But when payments are made that's never late. I feel that JABU the superior to NOMBULEO whom I consult with is very wrong in declining the claim. This is ******* and will not recommend this service provider or third-party service to anyone they are extremely wrong. These people firstly didn't process one of the two claims I sent through together and now one that was mistakenly not captured and processed is being declined. I don't feel the need that to have this ******* service if they cannot help
