Bull**** Service and ****

MTN is a **** of a company and they only pretend to care when they recruit customers, once the contract end they put it on month to month, when I called to cancel the contract I was promised that it is cancelled and sent reference number to that effect. To my surprise I keeps on getting debit bills for the very same contract that I cancelled, wham I call them I am taken biller to post after holding for an hour. Whey I emailed them I was then told that my contract was not cancelled and the references number was for other things of which they can’t even explain to me. When I said they should check their records they keeps on ignoring me.
