Bull**** service

In 2021 my phone was ****** I had insurance I went to claim they kept taking me from piller to post I ended up telling them to cancel everything because I wasn't on a contract I was on month to month but only to find out it wasn't canceled I called again to cancel I was told it was canceled but wasn't I went to the store in iabulani mall and I was told to go to maponya mall which I was told it will be canceled but only to find out in 2023 it wasn't canceled when I went back to the store in jabulani mall I was told there's nothing they can do because I am owing alot of money, I keep getting calls from debt collectors and also my credit score is ****ed up now I can't do anything because my Name has been ruined by mtn I can't pay a debt I don't know which I did call to cancel but they kept billing me for something I canceled.Its there fault that they didn't cancel so they must pay for it but I want my name cleared because I can't do anything can't take out new contracts or apply for anything because they keep telling me I am owing mtn and I must pay to get my credit score back on track ,it's bull**** that contact center agents don't want to ruin their stats by canceling a ln account and now ruin our names with ****
