Bull**** company that doesnt want to let customers go

I called in last week Monday to request a cancellation fee,I was given the amount of 7956,64 to settle their and cancel their contract,now today after paying off the amount,I needed to call them to perform cancellation,now am being told the almost R8000 I paid isnt enough to cancel the contract,it an amount that allows them to perform a downgrade for me,what ****ing language does MTN understand better,now they want to hold me hostage for wanting to cancel,I rather downgrade,now I need to pay a further R982 to cancel completely,this stupid company is a ****,I've heard of people complaining about them when their contracts comes to an end,they want to hang on to customers *******y
