Why am I being billed for a SIM card o did not use and was **** to the entire time by the deceiving Nikita Maharaj even made me pick a phone colour knowing very well I wanted and iPhone?? Then called and asked for cancellations as she ended up ignoring me then Amanda Khawula said she escalated the matter but she ****ing **** !! Cause I’m being billed for a SIM card I did not ****ing use !!!! MTN is a bunch of ****mers !!! You have no business etiquette or decorum you strictly run on ****ming people and call yourselves a business - your training sessions include being deceptive and manipulative you pieces of **** !
