Absolutely Horrible Service Firstly …Secondly i got a new contract recently and getting the phone delivered and service activated was a breeze ….Until now

I made a payment on my contract on the 24th of Nov for a R1026.00 and then got debited on the 1st for another R1000.00..I immediately phoned in to get this resolved and get my refund and this was on the 3rd of December….Today is the 15th and still nothing, been Calling Several different Consultants to get assistance and absolutely no one does anything to get this resolved your staff is rude and not helpful at all ….like Asanda Muyana and your collections department aswell like Cerleaze Jacobs….its a Nightmare to Deal with this Company and when you want to speak to a supervisor you can’t….. i would honestly recommend going anywhere else but MTN for future business
