Bsd service and treatment

I purchased a mtn shesha deal of R329 a month from mtn on wednesday, August 2025, I made a payment and I was charged a pro rata which I paid the amount of R594, but to my surprise I have never been contacted regarding the purchase and I still haven't received my order even now no communication from Mtn, I would like them to refund my money.
