I app**** online for a contract phone with MTNZA on the 11th of November 2023. I am still awaiting communication with regards to the delivery of the device but I am getting no response.I have been transferred to various departments within their organization but no one is willing to give me an answer.It has taken so much of my time and money making endless calls.

I have come to a decision that I do not want to have a relationship with them anymore bustill they refuse to cancel the deal that they 'claim ' to have no clue about. I have been taken from Pillar to post by their consultants who are very RUDE by the way.
