Bronwyn never left me her email to respond

Hi mtn, <br> <br> I received the following response from Bronwyn via Hellopeter who never left an email address so that I still couldn't contact somebody directly to settle the matter. <br> I checked in at the bank this morning and for the last 6 months MTN have taken over R1000 off my account for a prepaid sim that is not in use at all. the prepaid sim number is ***<br> <br> This is not acceptable at all. Kindly be advised that a credit of R201.26 was passed on 2015-07-22 for the invoice dated 2015-05-20 to 2015-06-20. A refund to your bank account of R100.63 was processed on 2015-07-27.
