Broken tower. No coverage.

Our local MTN tower has now been out for a week. After numerous phone calls and queries I was told that the tower was vandalized and they can't give an estimate of when it will be fixed. One week, no internet, no phone calls. Every time I call they say they are working on the problem. Its been a week and the problem persists. Yet I am expected to pay my bill at the end of every month in full but we get no service? Absolutely pathetic service from a company that has long ago stopped giving a **** about its clients and only worry about the funds they can secure. **** you MTN! You suck!
