Broken promises and still no refund

I am still waiting for a refund 2 weeks later and i am not getting assistance , instead all i get is broken promises , i made an EFT transfer to mtn for an amount of R602.00 and 2 days later the same amount was deducted from my account, i have been sending my bank statement and proof of payment since the 24th of Feb 2023 and each time i call to follow up no one can assist , how else should i request for my money back, it is almost 2 weeks and i was promised it would reflect in my account 7 days from the 24th .. iyooo hai
